Jackeline A. Clements is originally from Venezuela and is a Senior Attorney of the Rosen, Sokol & Clements Immigration Law Group. She has been an attorney with the firm since 2010 and manages our most complex family–based and removal defense cases. Mrs. Clements has represented a diverse group of clientele at all levels of immigration including USCIS processes and interviews, Immigration Court proceedings, Department of State processes, Department of Labor processes, State Court proceedings, and Juvenile Court proceedings.
Mrs. Clements assists clients with family-based immigration cases, citizenship cases, hardship waiver cases, removal/deportation defense, extraordinary ability cases (athletes), and other business-based immigration cases. She is also bilingual and oversees all cases for our Spanish speaking clientele.
Mrs. Clements earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Clayton State University (CSU). Mrs. Clements was a student-athlete (tennis) at Clayton State University where she became a five-time All-American and was inducted to the CSU’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016.
